David Revak represents the Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest of the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. He is working as in-house lawyer and as the general counsel for the Fintech Regulatory Sandbox at the headquarter of the agency in Prague. He studied law at the University of Heidelberg, where he in addition to the general matters of the German state examination in law, specialized in international private law and international trade law. He worked afterwards as law clerk in an American law firm in Frankfurt, Germany, in the corporate and security section. His specialisation is finance law, especially the regulatory issues in the European Union.
